Throughout this book you’ll see this symbol next to some ingredients. It means BEWARE this product is a potential source of gluten and the ingredients on the label should be carefully checked. Listed below you’ll find the gluten free brands that I use and where I bought them. This is by no means a definitive list but should be used as a guide to help direct you and those cooking for you in the right direction. We’ll make every effort to keep the list up to date but companies can change their products without notice so you should always check ingredients on any manufactured goods that you intend to eat.
